Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept insurance. We are a cash pay clinic. We do accept health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) as forms of payment. If you would like to obtain partial reimbursement by your insurance company, we'd be happy to provide you with the paperwork to do so.
